By downloading, installing, or using BikeFit AI ("the App"), developed by Jonas Friesslich, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

BikeFit AI uses your iPhone's camera and on-device machine learning to analyze your cycling position and provide bike fit recommendations. The App processes all data locally on your device.

Not Medical Advice

BikeFit AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The recommendations provided by the App are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional bike fitting, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified bike fitter or healthcare professional before making significant changes to your bike setup, especially if you have existing injuries or medical conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jonas Friesslich shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any changes made to your bike based on the App's recommendations
• Any injuries sustained while cycling
• Inaccuracies in the analysis or recommendations provided

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Assumption of Risk

Cycling involves inherent risks. You acknowledge that you use the App's recommendations at your own risk. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any adjustments to your bike are safe and appropriate for your individual circumstances.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jonas Friesslich and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
