Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 26, 2026
Overview
BikeFit AI ("the App") is developed by Jonas Friesslich. Your privacy is fundamentally important to us. This policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is processed, and your rights.
On-Device Processing
BikeFit AI performs all analysis entirely on your device. Video frames captured by your iPhone camera are processed locally using on-device machine learning models. No video, image, or biometric data is ever transmitted to external servers.
Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect video or image data
- We do not collect body measurements or biometric data
- We do not collect location data
- We do not require account creation or login
- We do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs
- We do not serve advertisements
Camera Access
The App requires access to your device's camera to record your riding position for analysis. Camera access is used solely for this purpose. Video data is processed in real time and is not stored permanently unless you explicitly choose to save a session. All saved sessions remain on your device.
Local Storage
Fit session data (angle measurements, scores, and recommendations) may be stored locally on your device for progress tracking. This data is stored in the App's private container and is not accessible to other apps. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data.
Third-Party Services
BikeFit AI does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data processing services. The App operates entirely independently.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
